where can I get first aid recipes after Mageweave Bandage, such as Heavy Mageweave Bandage? Thanks.

You need to have a first aid skill of at least 240 to have Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall teach you how to make Heavy Mageweave bandages. I think the doctor will also teach you the last 2 bandages once you hit the appropriate lvl/skill in first aid.

The doctor in Theramore will train Alliance members in those at the same skill level listed for the horde. :)
