First Aid only increases when making bandages?Follow

Tried first aid first time today. Got many increases from making linen bandages. But when I applied it to myself, I got no increases.

So is the increase only coming from when you make the bandages? I suppose I could understand that, it just seems reasonable to have increase also when you actually attempt the first aid.

But I guess the difference is, the bandage always has a constant amount that it heals, compared to say, this bandage heals between 50-70 points.
