I used to be a gnomish engineer. But the gnomish gears seemed a bit useless to my hunter compared to the goblin stuff. so after regreting for 2 week my choice to go gnomish i tought "No way, i wont regret this the whole time i play this toon." So i totaly forgot engineering to start fresh so i could go the goblin way.
But the Guy in ratchet that gave me the specialization qest wont give the quest again. Im at 210 regular artisan engineerng right now with my 52 orc hunter. Can any one tell me if im stuck with basic engineering for ever with this toon, or is there a way to get a specialization in my situation?

The choice between gnome and goblin is permanent. It doesn't reset just because you forget engineering and start over.
See if you find a Gobling Eng at your side, and you can send him stuff to make the thing you want =)
