I see a lot of tips on beginning enchanting and high level enchanting. Are there any techniques for people around level 130 to skill up, or just the normal grind.
There should be a enchant that takes one or two dusts, you could just enchant your bracer with that over and over again to raise your echanting.

Doing the bracers is good until you get to lvl 100. At this point, enchanting takes 2-4 dusts or other hard to find components. I'm lvl 106 and its getting expensive to grind.
I would highly suggest doing this because you will get the most out of your disenchants.
Instead of enchanting little things right away, hold off and keep disenchanting til you no longer get skill ups. Yeah you might have to wait a while but once your ready to apply encahntments, you should be able to double you lvl or at least get it up there.
I think lvl 70 is when you no longer get skill ups for disenchants, so by then you should have tons of regeants saved up. Call some buddies, announce a sale, hand out freebies, whatever you like.
I would suggest this only because your going to disenchant a lot of things, might as well get the most outta them. (If you dont mind storing all those materials)

If you have tailoring, you can get to a skill of 135 by farming linen cloth, creating brown robes, disenchanting them and then enchanting bracers with three different formulas. See my post in this thread for more details:
