Skinning and Enchanting question :: World of Warcraft

Alright, so I did a quick look around these forums and tried the www.worldofwarcraft forums but they were down, so here're my questions:

1) I got to 100 Skinning, but now everything is grey and and I can't find anything to skillup on. Where is the next place or places I can go to level up my skinning? (I don't really care if I fail, I just want to skill up.)

2) I just signed on for Enchanting, but the only recipe I see is for skill level 10. What do I start on?

I know these sound like horribly stupid questions (-_-) but I just really don't know what I'm doing and I love crafting. Oh, and if it helps, I'm also a level 9 Warlok at the moment. Thanks!

oooh, found what looks like to be a good place for the enchanting questions by reading a few pages back. Here's the link for anyone else that might be looking for help in any profession and is just incredibly new like me. It looks like it has support for every profession, haven't read it all so far...

When you learn enchanting you get a few recipes, also you can gain some of the first few points by disenchanting items.
