Ive been to Theramore and learned all the recipes from the trainer, now what? My skill is at 260 and he doesnt teach anything else for a higher tailor level.

Do I just get the rest of the recipes from enemy drops, or is there another trainer somewhere that will teach me more?

Check out the tailoring goods seller in each major city for patterns that will skill you. Also check out moonglade and everlook for higher patterns to buy. Other than that, yes, it's all drops.
