Hello all, I just started last night and WoW lol anyways i got to lvl 7 hunter and im elvan can any1 tell me where to find the closest skinning knife and how to get there please and ty

The closest city on this list to you would be Darnassus. However, I think I recall buying a skinning knife in dolanar from the tradeskill/general goods npc, but I might be mistaken.

You did indeed. Second floor of the tree across from the inn has a General Goods vendor just beyond the ramp (almost directly above the First Aid trainer).
