I need to make thees potions to help my leatherworking friend. I just skilled up to 140 alchemy but i still cant buy this from either of the alchemy trainers.
How do I learn to make this potion?

Just found that unlikely since i can learn the "normal" agility elixir from the expert alchemy trainer, oh well to the acution house I go.
