can anyone plez tell me were tailoring tarainers are i am by stormwind but i cant find a trainr to teach me above the skill level of 75

An expert and an artisan are located just inside the mage quarter in Stormwind in a tailoring shop.
If you talk to a town guard and ask them where the tailor trainer is he will put a flag on your map and tell you exactly where to go.
This also works for just about any NPC in town that you need to talk to.

They tricked you:
Lowest trainer and the 150-225 guy are in the first shop in the mage quarter together.
Night elf guy who teaches 75-150 is the only trainer in the next shop, around the corner and to the right of that first shop (farther into the mage area)
This is one of the most asked questions regarding tailoring training.
