I know this has been asked before, but where are the trainers on the horde side for alchemy/herbalism to go above 150? I've seen ppl say in the UC for alchemy but i can't find a trainer there at all. Is there a minimum job level i have to be as well? Thanks.

herbalism is in TB at the herbalism trainer. you can get up to 300 there.
for alchemy, go to UC. you have to talk to everyone in the alchmey corner (that large subsection of lower level UC in the southwest corner). one of those guys will take you up to 225. As for 300, I'm not there yet.

The easiest way to find any trainer in the game is to talk to the guards.
There are guards in every town and when you ask them for the location of something they put a flag on your map to help you find your way.
You can use this to find most every service in a town.
