I have a 240 skill in engineering and specialized in gnomish engineering and I was wondering where I go to train as an artisan engineer, I went to Gadgitzan which is where everyone says it is, but the trainer there wont talk to me since he is a master goblin train. Is there someplace the gnomish engineers have to go

The Goblin Engineering Trainer is not the Master Trainer. I believe the Master Trainer is next to him in one of the buildings. Trained for it last night (cost me 5g)

Ya I think the Master guy is around the goblin guy somewhere in those buildings.

Im closing in on 240 myself, so Ill be makin that flight soon enough. Hoping getting the stuff for the Death Ray wont be too insane...
