I'm updating this post as people post on it. Easily accessed information regarding the Dragonscale, Elemental & Tribal will be provided below. After each section of questions for the individual specializations a quest link and a few recipe links are provided. (Hamboneosu)
It is important to note, that information regarding Wild leather is Posted within the replies to the thread, but Wild Leathers are not a specialization. It is just another progression for the craft of leatherworking. After completing that string of quests, your are able to choose to proceed into one of the three paths described in the title. Once youve chosen one of these specializations you can never take another path.
Another side note: Leather crafters will need a "Salt Shaker" in order to create Cured Rugged hide. Make sure to have an engineer craft one for you just as soon as they have a chance to do so. This item has a 3 day cool down, the hide is needed in the 290+ item creation and not in just a single piece either.

-Dragonscale
Mail leatherworking with various buffs, (mostly stam, int, sprt) resistances, (mostly fire) and specials (like +50 attack power).
around 9 recipes or so. Best for those that do a lot of melee. (Warriors, paladins, hunters)
*Edit by Tycon* I tried following the link, no prob. Tried to follow the directions and Literally spent the next 8 hrs, that's right folks I spent 8 whole hours, searching the mountain. After searching the entire thing up and down, I decided to take a break from Beldinn. Konchu would later tell me where I could find this illusive NPC.

-Dragonscale
Follow the road into Azshara. Continue until reaching an old abandoned Oricish outpost. From here continue east following the mountain. As the mountain turns south stop following it. At this point you should see a Tent off in the distant east. Go to that tent and you'll find peter waiting to help you.

I have found the dragonscale leatherworker trainer. He is in camp bosh along the southern mountain in the 'badlands'. He would give me the quest at lvl 42.

Near the Northeast corner of the map, just grind blackdragon whelps until you collect enough scales.

Answer Provided By Anarquin
-Tribal
Leatherworking with various buffs, (mostly int and sprt) and some specials. Not many recipes that I can find. Best for spellcasters (druids, shaman?)
Comment by Anarquin:
There you have the break down. All three should be available by lvl 42. Dragonscale seems to be the easiest to complete - get the scorpid recipes at the AH and get scorpid scales in tanaris, dragon scales in badlands. Elemental seems to be the hardest because some of the materials needed are only dropped from pretty high lvl elementals (found in searing gorge and tanaris). I don't know about Tribal.
Comment by Lord GaresXenic
Tribal Leatherworking NPC is located in Thalanaar, on the borders of Feralas and Thousand Needles. To receive the quest, you need to be level 42, and have done the Wild Leather quest series out of Feathermoon in Feralas (Located on the northern island in the western sea).
Comment by PentupAnger:
Is Tribal Leathercraft good for Rogues? No *explained below.
Here is what I did... I got done with my Wild Leather quests and was thinking that Tribal Leather would be great for me, so I went and started and finished the Tribal Leatherworking quest... to my surprise (not really) the two patterns the lady gave me wont help me in any way.... me being a Rogue... I should have went for Elemental Leatherworking...
Comments by Javariel
Tribal actually has 2 amazing rogue/hunter recipies- devilsaur gauntlets and legs. +10ish stam each, +28 and +48 attack respectively, +1% crit each, with a set bonus of 2% to hit.

QUESTION: :
Where can an Alliance member find the Master Leathercrafter?
Answer Provided by Runyon -Alliance info:
Alliance Master Leathercrafter can be found:
You can make it to Aerie Peak from the path behind Durnholde Keep in Hillsbrad. Just follow the path behind the Keep and it will join up with a larger path and you'll soon be in Aerie Peak. Make sure you talk to the griffon master there...hehe.
QUESTION: :
Where is arie peak?
Answer Provided by Dorian -Alliance info:
From southshore you can see the path through the mountains behind Durnhold keep. There are two named griffons sitting there are the entrance of the path, it is really hard to miss.
Answer Provided by Tycon -Alliance info:
He's in the Hitherlands, it is located NE of Southshore but South of Aire peak, no roads lead to it, but if you follow the wall between Hillbrad Foothills and Arathi Highlands north then into the mountains, you'll run across the hiltherlands, and Wildhammer Keep. Inside the keep look for Drakk Stonehand. He's the MASTER leathercrafter, he will allow you to take your skill from 225-300.
