We were supposed to do that tonight as well, but my RL plans pushed it to Monday, lol.

Just delete out all the junk you want and leave the quote tag like this:

[quote ='insertnamehere'] 'quoted junk here' [ /quote]

*note - take out spaces before '=' sign and before the '/'

ie:

You use the same tag structure, like this:
