TMS is still mainly a social, friends and family oriented shell. A shell who occasionally rallies up the troops and does something large scale.

I'd say 70/30 social/endgame.

Due to my priorities IRL, I will never be able to play FFXI fulltime.

Given that, this linkshell will always remain a social. However, with great care and time, I have managed to cultivate a gaming environment that allows casual players, or players who live lives full-time, to still experience some of the more exciting things FFXI has to offer.

This ad is for people out there who are looking for a social shell, one they can be proud to be with. One that values loyalty and one that might offer a little something in the end-game. If you fall into any one of the following categories we may be able to benefit from each other.

1. Not able to follow a strict gaming schedule or requirement for events.
2. Work ridiculous hours or have a morphing work/life schedule.
3. Prefer not to be absolutely required to attend scheduled events.
4. Prefer a wide array of activities, instead of one or two types only.
5. Looking for a friends and family team oriented shell.
6. Tired of playing with a crew of greedy pirates who’d sooner kick you to prevent a lot, than offer to let you lot just for helping.
7. Looking for good people to hang with.

Our team consists of 70+ registered members from random time zones resulting in about 20+ people online at any given time & 30+ on weekends or primetime (8pmEST). Pending member's interest, availability, and faith in whoever might be leading the event, this alotment of players allows for nearly any type of setup at nearly any given time to perform any given task. We are of all different experience levels ranging from very experienced, to just learning.

TheMethyloSyndicate Linkshell has become a force to be reckoned with. We are accomplishing bigger and better things with each passing chapter of the game. And doing so as a social. Open recruitment has been closed. We are now currently recruiting in the following job areas, and friend/family of the shell only:

WHM
BLM
BRD
COR
DRK (Who currently have or are working on a zerg setup)

Applications are reviewed and discussed by myself, the officers, and the members of the shell.

A note on application response times: I work a sh*t ton of hours so it can take several days before I contact you in-game for a quick chat.

Lately: Mostly sky stuff. 90% of the shell has sky access. Also, equipment NMs like Charybdis, Sabotender Bailarina, etc.

Currently: Working through the pms for sea. 10% percent of the shell has access to the area.

Planned: We have 2 sponsors in the shell who are prepared to fund some dynamis runs as they are working on relic upgrades. In addition to that, Syndicatebank has 1.3m which will be used to fund dynamis runs as well. I'm still in the learning stages of actually LEADING a dynamis and just about prepared to begin doing them semi-regularly.

These activities are not fulltime they are done occasionally as I'm tied up for 64 hours a week with my job/commute. We get most of our accomplishments done on weekends like friday nights or all day saturday/sunday mission binges/god farming/nm camps.

I already feel like Im a member of this ls... Everytime I turn around Im helping or getting help from MethSyn my personal recruiter Maj!!!
