Here are my summon macros that i used before (at least those i remember)
Carbuncle: A bird...a plane...no it's a Radioactive squirrel!
Titan: I call forth the guardian of whatever!
Ramuh: I summon the master of...uhh...something.
Leviathan: I summon a snake, worm, fish thingy.
Those are at least the ones i can remember now, but before i got in a party with a rdm that also had some strange macros.
Refresh: Need a [Refresh}ment? that will be 5$ [Thank you]^^
Convert: Why do i convert? o.O coz i CAN! [Please][Provoke]!

What about when your pting in the dunes, or even 20 lvls later you have these tanks with voke mac having <call> in it so you hear mfing <call> like 32 times and hes not used to the 30sec timer. OMG so annyoing.

It's a referance to Dragon Ball Z (or GT), the lamest Anime series evar!
The battles would last like 20-40 episodes, many of which involved them powering up for about 5 episodes, then battling 1-2, then powering up again.
Dragon Ball was fine in the beginning, heck I enjoyed it too a point.
