What about all the sh*t rdms(Airwolf) who refuse to help out and cure ppl. What about the blms(Gnouv) who go afk or watch television while they play, not really putting in any work? I agree it may not help, but on a 300hr+ grind to the high lvls, you really think 3-4 lvls of PL is the problem? It's based upon each individual, I love how ppl who do nothing for this server but comment on its past current and future states are so easily disgusted by "PL". Ive seen you play Ashion, your really good. You saying that if someone had PLed you when you were new, even for a few lvls, you wouldn't be who you are today? I know of one person that refused to be pled, just one. Next time Jimbob is down in the dunes PLing his friends and a few other newbies in the pt, let's see how disgusted you are.

Or if the guy was an Xbox beta player, who left his lvl50 job to come to another server? My only point is that you'll read alot about the dangers of PLing low lvl playerson this website. But when someone says they are watching television when they play, or even play FF Tactics while they are in a 6/6 exp pt (yeah that was some guys excuse for letting tank die in a pt of mine lol), no one bats an eye. Sure there are bad players out there a tall lvl ranges, I found that out in my first 6 months playing this game. I was a thf/drk until 50, just having fun, mabye at the expense of a few exp for the pt per hr, though not intentionally. Just to try something different. My parties were always decent, mabye that's a testament to the fact that 4/6 good players can pick up the slack for the other 2 who aren' playing to capacity. After running X amount of distance to really bad pts as my WHM, I started making exp pts, and for the rest of my time ingame, I can only recall 3-4 times I accepted an invite, through almost 600lvls. I found that with a tank, backup voke, 2 healers/refresh and 2 DD, almost all my exp pts were sucessful, and many went on for 6-7 hrs at a time. If you don't have an optimal party setup, or at least one that is suited for the area that you plan to exp in, your pt won't do very well. I'd rather havbe the player who may not have great gear, or mabye isn't preforming to the best of their ability, than the player who is watching 24 while in my pt. Not everyone reads these boards, not everyone is aware that some simple adjustments can greatly effect the way you play. you just never know what that person is really doing on the other end of that character. Sometimes the dorbell rings, someone goes afk and the tank dies. Ppl forget meds and die, then everyone waits while the whm raises the poor fellow. It's how we choose to deal with these mistakes, as a pt leader I realized that I can't control what everyone in my pt is doing, all i can do is ask that everyone tries their best and gives a heads up when they can't. It usually made for a decent pt experience. All you can do is try, and forgive interruptions that others may have due to RL circumstances. In mabye 1000 different pt members I had, then only ones I noticed who actually affected the party were the ones who would have full MP 2 mins into fight, or the ones who would auto-attck then go afk. That's lack of effort, not skill/dedication/teamwork
