Ok gulys o normaly play on xbox but im gonna start playing on pc i need a parser but i cant find a good one and it need to work on vista i found a cool little thing for breaking latent weapons like nyzul and trial weapons here is the link

http://code.google.com/p/kparser/. It ought to run in admin mode on vista, as long as it's not installed to program files. If that doesn't work, https://sourceforge.net/projects/directparse might, but it doesn't provide the same level of features.
