ive got 1 question though, if anyone could help out. My sister is wanting to play also, but for some reason, my copy of ffxi didnt have a buddy key thingy with it.

You may be able to buy a starter disk from Gamestop (or your local game store) for about 3 bucks, it comes with a 30 day free trial that can be passed on to her. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
