Dear my fellow players of Shiva.
My name is Ryudoz, the 3 year leader of Echodragon.
I made Echodragon 5 days after i started playing and have never had another ls and never will.
It is difficult for me to type this but it has to be done. Being a Video Game Designer gives me little to no time to lead a successful active ls anymore.
So im stepping aside as leader, in place of a GREAT leader or even a co-lead.
Im looking out to shiva to find a player who is willing to lead Echodragon back to the great days of our past.
Within 3 months Echodragon will be no more, if anyone is willing to help please send me a tell in game. To start an application

For 2/3 years we have had at least one ls event a week,
Every Year i would host a Unique Echodragon Birthday Party that had 1 of a kind events such as
FFXI Elimination Triva
Survivor Vanadiel
Fantasy Fued (Family Fued)
The Mole FFXI Edition
** Also to note we have always had a great repuation with allahkazam and other ls's and leaders for helping new players and being a postive fun loving place. Which had somehow hit back to the gm's of FFXI and had the participate at our ls events.
OUR Purpose: To teach and help new players into the ffxi world. To maintain a positive attitude and out look on gamyplay and our community. To give high lv players who dislike the end game stress a place to relax and socialize with other end gamers.
Rules: Respect Eachother, Watch your mouth on the ls chat log, and try not to offend anyone, oh and positve attitude, no whiners or beggers.
Must happens:
Echodragon, will not change pearl or name. (neither will website) (yes there is a website included) Members and sackies who have all ready been here since the start will not be removed or kicked.
And if the chemistry doesnt happen no hard feelings, it's the ls that will pass away, not your ffxi career.
Anyways as my last Action i will be hosting a QUEST MARATHON WEEK 26th-30th 07 sept

Ryudozz, best of luck with your endeavors, whatever they may be. A word of advice, though...
I know it's hard not to feel bad about being gone so much. You probably feel like you're failing your linkshell. But truthfully, you're not. A good linkshell can lead itself, even if you're not there all the time. So instead of feeling remourse for failing your friends (which you are not doing), take solace and know that they are keeping your dream alive. You can't be everywhere, and real life always has to take precedence. But that shouldn't mean you have to choose.
Give others the chance to prove themselves, as you have proven yourself time and again. If you are confident that your members know what it means to be in EchoDragon, let them lead by your example. If others believe in you and your dreams, they will be there to help make those dreams come true.
