Dear Tracey,

Congratulations! You have been chosen to be a volunteer for the FINAL
FANTASY XI Fan Festival 2006! We will assign you a position in the
Festival
(of which there are many!) based on your availability. Everyone that is
a
volunteer is expected to work one full shift to be reimbursed for their
entry fee (done after the event).

We need our volunteers bright and early at 8am on the day that you're
available to work. If you cannot make it that early please be there as
soon
as you can on your scheduled day. Replying to this e-mail and telling
us
your availability would be a great help in us in organizing your
responsibilities.

Would you prefer to work at a station that allows you to sit?
Do you have sales experience?
Do you have event experience?
Do you have public speaking experience?

In FINAL FANTASY XI what is your highest job, rank, and what
race/gender is
that job?
In FINAL FANTASY XI have you completed Rise of the Zilart or Chains of
Promathia?

We will have a live rehearsal on Thursday before the registration
begins and
the earlier you are available, the better!
