Graveyard Shifts and Coffer keys pt 2Follow

You know my story, I work 3rd shift which puts me in the middle of JP prime time for my days off. Last time I asked for help on coffers and keys, some truly great people came far out of their way to help me out with my PLD AF, all the way from Eldemire key and coffer through Dark Spark, Garliage, and even a very trying attempt at Beadeaux. I was lvl 54 at the time.

This time, I'm 58, all I need is a key and a coffer, no quests, simple and hopefully short and sweet. 2+ hours with no key drop last time, law of averages should swing things around our way this time. If anyone would like to help, send a /tell to Nomadic ingame.

I can only stick around to 1pm CDT, and usually get off around 9:00am, play until 1pm. Thank you! {/bow}

Whoops, guess that would be important information. The ancient Quadav stronghold, Beadeaux. You know the place, muddy, dirty, fish swimming around, and thats even before you make it to the ground. :P

LadyofHonor, a friend of hers, and a friend of mine all worked together to get a key for me from there last time. I think we killed 100 of the things, no luck. >< Shouldn't be bad this time, though. Law of averages, right? Right? ; ;

EDIT: Before I'm called on this, I'm aware that LadyofHonor's player may or may not be female, I did it simply because the character LadyofHonor is mithra, and therefore female. Didn't mean any offense. :D

It seems me and Ladyofhonor AKA sireaglestrike (yeah who the hell knows what gender wiht names like that), always end up helping people together lol.

Anyways, those are some mean mobs, so if you can bring a healer, all will be well.

I've got a friend who needs that coffer (and I just like killing quadav). If you wouldn't mind that we'd need more than one key, I'd be up for slapping a few quadav silly.

Seems I have a few offers now. How about we try to meet up 9am tomorrow morning(Thursday morning) in Jeuno. Might shout for a bit for more help, and you never know who might decide to pitch in. Might not leave before 10 when some will get there, but we should have time to get a couple of keys and maybe even a coffer.(Mine? Please? :D)

I can help.

It's funny, spent hours with no key farming with you. I go back a few days later solo for my key and got it 2nd drop.

Hey, no key when we went the other week, but I did learn a lot. Now I'm REALLY looking forward to my next WS @ 200. I thought Spirits Within was awesome, but it doesn't exactly make a neat skillchain. 2 more levels...maybe one more weekend of levelgrinding like I did for the past 3 days to get to 58. :D

Things went prety well, I think. We had 6/6 and before making it to camp, got 7/6 and formed an alliance. My key dropped within 30 minutes, but the second key for our whm didn't drop in the next 2 hours, at which point I had to leave.

A word of advice, though. If you're going to help on a coffer quest, maybe its not best to bring a coffer key you had. If the party graciously allows you to use the key before a key drops, try not to get aggro while doing so. If you forget to sneak back up and get killed, be gracious enough to accept a RB2 instead of demanding that a RB3 be found, contacted, and convinced to spent 15 minutes travelling to your death point, while also upsetting the perfectly helpful and RB2 capable whm in the pt. Also, try not to continually whine about everyone passing on the item the coffer gave up, its annoying. And if you log off in frustration that everyone isn't bending over backward, please don't log back in ten minutes later and try to ask nice for a rb2, you probably don't deserve it at that point.

Ok, that was more than a word of advice, but You Know Who You Are. -.-

Hope the other key dropped. :D
