Lvl 31 THF/NIN Looking to join or start a static...Follow

Most of you know how hard it can be finding good parties, especially as a THF. Well I'm looking to either join or make a static PT.

Currently I'm a level 31 THF/NIN and this is my gear:

Leaping Boots
2 Mithran Scimitars
2 Balance Rings
RSE gloves (Male elf)
RSE pants
Merc. Captain Doublet
Merc. Captain Belt
Spike Necklace
Nomad's Mantle

Not sure if I'm missing anything but you get the point...

P.S. My record SATA damage is 386 at lvl 30...
