Hmm come back to FFXI or not ? lol well be on a diff toon from lv 1 =X
Hey blueeyes, I'm contemplating the same thing hehe but I still have Shamanfox.

I prolly wouldn't do much endgame though If i started playing again, maybe assault stuff, mission static etc. I don't know I'm just bored <.<

The biggest thing to wonder about when coming back to FFXI or not is knowing how many friends of yours are still around. Chances are if they are still around they've been playing so long and might be getting ready to quit...by the time you get to 75 and such and are ready to do things again, you might find yourself with little old friends left. Even if that -doesn't- happen(hopefully it doesn't and they stick around!), you will still have to make new friends for new adventures. Unfortunately there is not such a large influx of newby players as there once was, so new friends to grow and adventure with will be that much harder to find than before.
But if you truely enjoy FFXI and can make a friend anywhere, then you're all set! The only thing holding you back would be how much fun you would get out of it personally. :3
