Our linkshell typically does ks99 about every 2 weeks or so. At the current time there is not much demand for black belt items since pretty much everyone who needs them, has them. So our linkshell, Equilibrium has decided to give the black belt items out for free for those who need as long as no one in our linkshell wants them. if your interested please sign up on our site under the appropriate post. Darn nice to see this guys. Is the way it used to be here on Seraph with the black belt items until some stooge decided they would charge for them supported of course by Monks getting talked into paying for them.

My hat is off to you guys for getting a lil old skule and doing the right thing.

I don't think it's valid anymore, one of those things happened where suddenly LS members who have lvl 1 or pre -60 mnks wanted a few of the items(assuming); when I asked a few times I was told only one item was available at the time, I expect they are still unavailable unless the shell has been doing a lot of ks99's to solve those availability issues.
