Not sure if anyone else noticed, but I clearly counted the following:
Bastok : 4 regions (Gustaberg, Kolshushu, Fauregandi, Elshimo Uplands)
Sandy : 4 regions (Ronfaure, Zulkheim, Derfland, Li'Telor)
Windy : 3 regions (Sarutabaruta, Elshimo Lowlands, Tulia)
But the results were Bastok + Windy 1st, and Sandy 3rd.
Am I missing something? xD
