I was wondering if anyone knew about the Crit Hit +6% weapons. I want to dual weild Dissector and Retributor. But someone told me they don't stack. For example, the Dissector would get +6% Crit Hit plus and the Retributor would only get +6% Crit Hit plus. Not both would get +12%.
Would be 6% for each hand.. it's not that they don't stack.. because both will be working, it just only applies for the hand wielding it. So the total would be a 6% increase in your total crit rate, using both..
So if I have capped Crit Hit%+ and the Crit Hit weapons in both hands, each hand would have +11% to Crit Hit? Or am I still wrong. :c
If I understand it right, you would have +3% if you only had Dissector and a normal weapon in the other hand, +6% if you have them both.
Well if that's true than the weapons do distribute the Crit Hit % ?
They don't distribute the critical hit %, but since you dual wield, the hand with the 6% crit rate would hit approximately 50% of the time.. 50% of 6% gives you an overall 3% rise in critical hits. If you dual wield both critical hit weapons and had capped critical hit merits, it would be 10% additional crit %.

Just was gonna try it out on WAR. Is this a decent seat up? I'm just sick of being a sheep and going the Woodsville + Juggernaut or Maneater way... Seriously. Be unique.

I was always under the impression from what I've heard is that normally Crit+% on stuff (like Fudo) applied to all attacks EXCEPT the latent crit+ weapons from KS30 applied only to it's own attacks.
Which is why Destroyers rock, because it applies to both hands anyways. Also why BLU or NIN mainhand their Dissector or Senjuinrikio, so the crit bonus would apply to their WS's also.

Nah, all weapons, including Fudo, with crit hit rate increases only apply to the hand wielding them (Of course H2H weapons apply to both hands because both use the same weapon). If you want to be unique than sure, but it will hinder your damage dealing capabilites. Typically for War, with their low sword skill, the only swords worth using would be the ones that attack multiple times.. (joyeuse and ridill)
