I need a sword. Please? x_xFollow

I realize this is an odd request, but...I just started an RDM in San d'Oria, and he began with an onion dagger. This dagger is starting to annoy me very much. It's doing less damage to the enemies than the enemies do to me, and my cures are useless. There are two swords I can use, but the ones in the AH are very pricey. Do I have to start farming already? :x

There's a sword I can afford coming up at level 9, the Espada I think it's called, but I don't think I can survive two more levels with a dagger and a shield. I look ridiculous. <_<

Anyway...I know this is sort of frowned upon, but this is all I really want. I don't care if it's a weak level 1 copper sword, even. Anything is better than this Onion Dagger.

I have 400 gil. I'm willing to pay for the sword with all I've got. Please? Thanks for your time.

I, too, have always wondered why RDM starts with a dagger and WAR starts with a sword. It wouldn't be too much for SE to add a new weapon called an "Onion Axe", and start WARs with that, giving the RDM the Onion Sword.

Really, there is no need for the Onion Dagger, as there is already an Onion Knife given to THFs, which is considered a dagger itself. Why two Onion "daggers" but no Onion Axe?

Unrelated, but I was the one you helped with the teamwork quests last night, Reinjin. Frisbee is my Elvaan mule. I'd already done the quest a long time ago, and there were none in the AH once I actually needed the Mage's Ballad scroll for myself. Thanks once again for your help. ^_^

SE should give RDMs an onion wand. Giving them an Onion Sword would only encourage melee RDMs >_>

In first? They're not just in first they are kicking the snot out of my country and Windurst! I was finally all prepared to go ahead and do some outpost warps then this happened. Since when did Sandy become so powerful ; ;?

Oh, and the idea about RDM getting an onion sword makes perfect sense. Kinda like an argument I heard a long time ago for the removal of the START button from controllers, not that I'm advocating that or anything lol.

San d'Oria rules. but it should be about time for the weekly update. i wonder if we'll still be destroying everyone. perfect time to cash in unspent conquest points on first place items, no clue how long that'll last.
