your best bet is to go in to the burning circle with NO GEAR on its a rumor that his base stats are whatever you enter with. so if you have no gear going in then maybe it makes him weaker. also if arent 70 dont fight him he will give up faster to a 70 then less then 70 trust me 0/2 @ 69 1/1 @ 70
