Am I being too harsh when I say I think it's horrible? Maybe overreacting to the author's, ahem, special names for things? (I mean, metaphors I can handle, but renaming basic body parts...ugh.)

Now I know why my local Goodwill doesn't accept returns on books.

The weird thing is, it has overwhelmingly positive reviews on all of the sites I've checked.

I thought maybe that was because the only people reading it were ones who'd liked the one that comes before it, but that one had pretty good reviews too.
