So, it seems that Kevin Sorbo and some others were in town earlier this week filming a movie called What if...

I can't seem to find anything about the movie. No trailers, webpages, etc. IMDB has very little on the film, and even still lists the actors as rumored. Kevin Sorbo's sites mention it being a straight to DVD film... so I wonder if it will even be worth it.

Anyone have any info on the film?

I found a blogsite of what may be the producer, who seems to have some familial relation to the director. He talks a bit about the movie saying "The best way to characterize it is to call it a modern take on It's a Wonderful Life. We have signed three of the leads, and Dallas will direct, doing most of the shoot in Michigan."

He also links to the site jenkins-entertainment where you can see a previous movie. Several of the people working on the movie are members of the Christian Writers Guild and their previous works have been reasonably focused on Christianity, so it is probably safe to assume this movie will also heavily involve Christianity especially with characters playing angels.

Whats wrong with straight to DVD films? Most B-Movie horror flicks are straight to dvd. Without straight to DVD, we wouldn't have things like Zombie Strippers or anything featuring Bruce Campbell. Smiley: crymore
