I like playing old Pokémon games. I used to play the TCG as well, I had a Chansey card in my 1st booster pack and traded it for the triple magnet thingy it's called Magneton in German, and a Poké flute (which was bad enough) and then some 8th grader stole the magnet card.

Anyways, I also have a red flashing Chansey key chain and 5 Pokémon action figures. Some photographs of them should be in my image files.

I have to admit that I have several large books full of Digimon cards in my storage room.

Did it only go to 255? I could have sworn it went higher.

I've been using 999 as the arbitrary number.

I think it was higher then 255 though, But you are right eventually they do just return to 1. And when you use them outside of 2 player, they automatically level to 100 when they win.

I have just ran upstairs and dug out my old games box.

Pokemon gold, red and yellow all of which I have teams of mew..that guy was so cute, I even had a little movement activated toy of him.
The TGC game was a great, as none of my freinds ever played the game just collected that cards,(is it wierd that we are all 20+ now and some still do?) so this was my only way of not travelling miles to play.
