It's between $2.65 and $2.80 here on the Missouri/Kansas border, but we usually have some of the least expensive gas in the country.

Edit: o.O to hybridthinker beneath. I grew up in Omaha. Millard North HS class of '95. :)

$3.01 - $3.19 here in Omaha, NE. But I found a station that still hasn't updated their pricing due to the raise in the gas base price (jumped $.47 today) and it was $2.79. I'm positive we'll see probably $3.30-$3.50 by Labor Day.

Heh. Another Michiganian. I'm a little more north I'd guess and it is pretty consitant at 2.99. I passed a station at 2.75 and teh line was around the block. I read an article dealing with michigan specific and it showed a station in Garden City at 3.92.

How the **** can one station be at 2.75 and anothe be at 3.92 and that -not- be price gouging?

Great Northwest (Oregon):

Regular starts at $2.79(9/10), and goes up in price by ten cents a grade. Drove from Eugene to Portland and back this weekend, and was regretting how much it ran me. That, and I made sure to use the Max (Train through the Portland Metro area) for Red and I getting through town.

That being said, why do they almost always end in a nine, and have the 9/10 after it? Seems to be the typical 'fool the consumer, and charge them more then they realize' tactic.

wow, that's still pretty cheap, comparatively at least.

In Canuckistan up here, if we used gallons, we'd be paying approximately $3.93 per gallon (1.04/litre).

I saw $3.09 yesterday on the way home from work, but that's at a gas station along the interstate. The ones I usually fill up at are a bit cheaper.

Methinks its time to sell my car...

(I'm in eastern Iowa, btw)

It's been going at random for some reason down here. It went from 1.02/litre two nights ago, to 0.93/litre, to 1.03/litre today.

Or I might've lost track of time. I just remember it going a bit cheap recently. Expensive gas, heh. (GTA of Ontario, btw. <.<)

Flint Michigan: There's one gas station around here that's notorious for price gouging and they went up to 4.25/gallon for a while... someone must have placed a call to someone important, because last night it was down to 2.99/gallon.
On 9/11 the same station raised thier prices to 3.45/gallon for about 3 hours (5-8pm of course)before they brought them back down..... I don't do business with them.

Haha, cool. :D Well, the last thing to expect in downtown Toronto is parking, or someone who'll be willing to give you a parking spot. <.<;

Today, it has reached a whooping $1.363/litre. Guess that boycott against gas didn't work after all.

Since I've been laid up with a bum knee, I haven't been out to look at prices this weekend, but last week, our prices spiked anywhere from $3.20 to $5.99 a gallon, forcing our governor to sign a bill cracking down on price gouging.

I'm in Atlanta. ^^;
