We've had green ketchup for 10+ years. It's marketed towards kids, and it must sell because I still see it on the shelves.

They use it for promotions, also. I specifically remember seeing 'Ghostbusters' and 'Shrek' green ketchups.

edit: I fail at quoting.

Shh, I ignored the fact that we could use the internet to transfer said data

Can you imagine?

Perhaps in the future I'll be able to 'Like' a new restaurant on my Facebook profile and report which meal I enjoyed. I will upload a file with the 'taste' I experienced, and all my friends will be able to download and 'taste' it for themselves.

Creepy.

Hmm, and then they will need to restrict the taste samples, and an underground pirating system for illegal taste distribution will be formed. And the restaurants will plead with the public to eat legally, beceause illegal downloading of tastes is killing the market.

You wouldn't steal a car;
You wouldn't steal a handbag;
You wouldn't steal a purse;
So don't download tastes.

PIRATE TASTING IS A CRIME!

I remember green and purple ketchup. It has definitely been around since I was a kid back in the mid to late 90's, cause I remember wanting to get some.

Installed fog lights on my Shaggin' Wagon today. Had to pay the dealer $30 to program the computer just so they would work. Crazy how much stuff is computerized these days; the stupid car doesn't even recognize OEM parts unless it's told to.

We had Shrek Twinkies last week; yellow cakes with green filling. Someone told me it looked like someone bit into the Twinkie and it was pooping guacamole.

Also, in addition to the purple ketchup, I've seen green mustard.

On a strangely related note, I sneezed just now and my flatmate sneezed in the other room at almost the same time. Spooky! o_o

We have Green Tomato Sauce here, too. I'd never touch the stuff, I don't really like it to begin with, and the only real benefit it has for me is that it looks like blood. The vampire in me finds that appealing. Green blood = bugs. No thanks.
