I've seen those. We call them a Bloody Brain here. If I remember correctly, the 'brain' is Baileys. I can't remember what the 'red' is, probably grenadine or cinnamon schnapps... whichever one that Baileys won't mix with.
And also, if my memory serves me correctly, they taste like burnt ***... I can't believe you like them! lol
It reminds me of when I was younger and all my friends were reaching their 21st birthday. My favorite drink to buy them was a Cement Mixer: a shot of Baileys and a shot of lime juice. You put the Baileys into your mouth first, then the lime juice without swallowing. You then shake your head side to side. The Baileys instantly congeals in your mouth, turning into a sludge that's darn near impossible to swallow.
Of course, you convinced the victim beforehand that the drink tastes fantastic, which is a complete lie.
