I'm so /shocked I didn't think I had a prayer but now I'll have to see one of the sack holders to go get a pearl :D haha I'm in a dynamis shell isnt' that crazy??

One of the things about LoO, is they do things a bit differently than most shells. (ie. using PLD as pullers, and NIN as callers etc.)
Most of the time you'll be either rdm/whm (for status effects) or rdm/blm (helping with sleepga), with the exception of the megaboss/CoP runs, where you'll be rdm/drk for chainspell stuns.
Things to note (which are the same for most shells): The most important piece of dynamis, is being able to provide your attention to the run. We can easily full clear most zones, but the difference between barely full clearing, and full clearing with 1-2 hours left on the hourglass is people being on their game and making sure that mobs are slept (especially SMN pets), scorpions are silenced, and people stay alive.
At the end of the day though, there are several of us that have been in LoO for 3+ years, and I couldn't imagine doing dynamis with a different group of people. In comparison, LoO just makes it look *very* easy.

Based on the schedule, and the fact it's your first shell, you probably won't be able to go the rest of the month with us, some of the zones like xarc and Glacier require all the city zones to be done first. :(
Yea I'm actually busy today and Sunday but maybe next wed would be a better indoc day?

My favorite dynamis moments are when the avatar wakes up and the SMN mob decides to use it's 2 hour ability at that precise moment. Deaths everywhere. It makes my WHM self jump in joy... Well, if I could. I'd probably be dead, too. R3 anyone?

I'm guilty of wiping our dyna shell by mistargeting and casting Thunder IV on Levithian.. immediately followed by AF, and the death of 30 odd people.
I punched carby the other day....luckily the owner of it was still asleep

So I finally got a pearl and we went on my first run last night
LOO is great we were suppose to hit Jeuno but were out /random'd and then we were ganna go to Sandoria but another linkshell was alread in so we ended up in Windurst
I went really really well 1 wipe was my only death. Other people died more but we ended up getting to and defeating the MB for windy and now I have the dynamis-windurst interloper title ^.^ /hurray
