Fit for a Prince QuestFollow

Hello, my name is Thosar on Lakshmi.
I was wondering if someone would be able to help me out with this quest.

The person I am looking for is:

A Mithra with a colorful headband and brown hair tied in the back in two small pigtails

I am going to keep looking for the Mithra for a while but that is good to know. Thanks for the info.

yea i wanna know how to cancel it, i didnt write down what he wanted when i got the quest so i dont know what to look for >_<

I ended up talking to the elvaan who gave the quest several times. During one of those times, he offered to let me cancel the quest. I'm not sure whether it is random or what, because I talked to him again to get the quest and he didn't offer it.
