Looking for a ToD on the Shikigami Weapon pleaseFollow

I saw it being fought about a week ago... some guy was making a weapon train and I was thinking "lolz he gon' get it" but then I saw Shikigami among the ruckus and I was like "oh"...

In any case, I hear the best way to get a "ToD" on this guy is to wait for a maintenance, and be in Ro'Maeve 20-21 hours after servers come back up (with widescanners at the ready, of course). Chances are there will be competition for first spawn after a maintenance, but at least you'll have your ToD that way.
