The economy is starting to return to normal, ish.
However...
Lower level items, those that are easily collectable have substantially dropped in price, and the quickest. Wind crystals went from 10k in Jeuno to 3k in the course of a week.
Upper eschelon (for me, as Im only a mid range player atm) have not dropped by the same ratio, because the availability of those items is much more sparse and the want vs. availability of the items has not decreased and so there is *no reason* for the price to lower.
Quick example. Wind Crystal change 10k->3k. Corsair's Knife 1000k->800k. You can see the discrepancy.
So, stupid post, stupid question... anyway to raise the lower eschelon goods? It sucks, because why pay good money for bad, but necessary, rubbish... but I'm thinking here of the new guys that will be coming on with the X360. Not that there will be a whole hell of a lot of them... but... When you're in Sandoria, it takes over 10k to equip yourself as a whm because Sandoria is not mage friendly. An adventurer's coupon only gives you 50gil. Just a little perspective from a humble player to all the L33T high level players out there.
The reason why it takes that much is because anyone selling low level goods had to jack up the price in order to be able to afford anything that was mid to upper eschelon...
So, right now the economy is pulling a replica of the American economy, where the rich continue to get rich, while the poor struggle harder than the rich had to in order for the rich to get where they are now.
Stupid Post, Stupid Request. This isn't America, there are not 5,999,999 other people who you cannot be held accountable for... the number is a hell of a lot less. This is *our* server, and despite how many greedy *** RMT shells come out, it can still continue to stay that way.
Start dropping prices? {Please} Either that or raise the prices of the lower eschelon stuff back up? (though that bends the newbies over a chair w/o lube...)
Sincerly,
Mr. Unable to afford an 8-12 million dollar SH (NQ for His Holy sake ><), when beastman blood only sells for 50k a stack.
