FINAL FANTASY XI "End game" Rules of Conduct (Mar. 6)
It has come to our attention that the growing amount of players able to participate in "end game" activities has stretched resources and started immature behaviour amongst players. We have implemented the following Rules and Regulations upon which all members of any Linkshell's participating in "end game" activities must abide by. If these rules are broken, the Linkshell will be punished as well as the player(s) involved.
*Due to US federal and state law, players under the age of 16 must provide written permission from their parents or guardians stating the times in which they are allowed to play. You can obtain forms from the Help Desk menu. These forms will act like licenses, and if caught without one your Linkshell will be punished.
*Drama is to consist of quality "Bold and the Beautiful" or "Days of our Lives" story lines. If at anytime a GM witness "Dragonball Z" or "Naruto" style antics your Linkshell will be punished.
*If you are participating on a "camp" you are under no circumstance allowed to talk outside of your Linkshell. Talking is a well known griefing tool and your Linkshell will be punished.
The following punishments can and will be implemented upon a Linkshell breaking any of the rules above.
*Inability to enter Burning Circles, Dynamis, or other group event orientated mission.
*Desired "End game" monsters will be rendered nonclaimable by anyone registered as a shell member at the time of the penalty.
*"End game" monsters will instantly go hyper upon claiming.
*All registered shell members will obtain 5 random status effects that can not be removed for 5 days.
