I've been rated way the hell down, and yet I've never once said anything even CLOSE to insulting to anyone here.
That's not acceptable. If you don't like me, or have problems with me in-game, that's fine. /Blist me in FFXI, but leave me alone here.

Never really paid much attention to the Karma system myself. Ill make my own desicions based on what I see, I dont care what other /random people think.
Besides Im nosey >.> I even keep my filters off in game and never used /blist 'cause I want to know whats happening haha. And if its stupid I jsut dont pay attention to it =^.~=
Sorry about your Karma. But aside form the fact someone may be just being a prick and trying to ge the best of you, I wouldnt let it bother you too much ^^;

Meh, you get used to it. I used to complain about it too, but it never goes away... so just ignore it.
Voting for Shykre makes rate downs a bit more bearable in a certain possible way!

not too many people go by karma, at least i don't and a few other people don't, shouldn't worry about what people rate you as, cause it really isn't important.

yea i have never paid any attention to the rateing thing, i dont think others really do much either.
I don't filter anything, primarily because the karma system doesn't work. I've seen plenty of intelligent posts get rated down just because they were telling it like it is and some people didn't like what they read. Likewise, I see idiot posts get rated up because "they're trolling and they like rate downs, so I'm gonna foil his devilish plan and rate him up LOLZ"
So, it's all retarded, basically. I don't really need a karma rating to sell if someone is a flaming moron or not; these people eventually become known just by name.
