So I went to go get my KSNM30 orb and I DCed in the middle of picking which orb I wanted... I log back on and all of my seals are gone and I have no orb, so go to hell SE and goodbye Lakshmi, you won't see me again

I don't see the reason why you blame SE for you DCing and losing your KS in the process. Everyone can have the same problem that you had. But whatever, glad you had fun though.

They could program the game differently so that you don't lose your seals until you have the orb..

You dont lose ur seals happened to me once, I didnt know which orb to get so I forced DC to come back to no seals....
So when I got another 30 KS and traded it for a orb I looked in my Inv to noticed I had a orb + 30 KS, so I did 2 runs that day

So the absolute worst case scenario here is...you farming for another 30 KSs? Seriously how long would that take? Sorry dude, but while this does suck, it doesn't warrant quitting the game over imho.

It could have been worse, you could have gotten that orb, gone to the KSNM, gotten 20k worth of drops like me, and then you could quit over SE having faulty drop calculation programming. It's certainly not your fault.

I'd rather have 20k than nothing...
And, it is faulty programming to lose 30 KSes for DCing, it's not faulty programming to get crappy drops in a KSNM run. I'm still not sure how it's my fault I DCed...

Quitting over KS is pretty silly. Those KS do not gurantee a VClaw.
And I would not say it's the coding that made u dc. Sometimes it is your internet connection. As milkman said, apparently you could just get 30 more, and suck it up, and do two runs, or do just what u are doing now and quit. I think it's a great idea to quit tho, you seem really angry with FFXI. Any game your angry with, you probabaly shouldn't play.

well....one time i was trading seals and something happened, i got no orb and all my seals disappeared.... at which point i proceed to freak out....then i talked to the guy again and hes like "so, which orb do ya want?" relief is excellent....perhaps you should talk to the npc again?
Or better yet you could be me and have had the BLM team wipe to your orb cause they could'nt target the BC and only 3 got in -.-;;.

I can help you get a few more seals if you really want them... I have more from soloing in Ru'Aun than I know what to do with. Pretty silly to quit over 30 of em'. Look me up.
once i traded 30 seals to the guy and he didnt give me an orb ( took the seals mind you). He didnt say anything about my storage etc. seems like a normal transaction, minus the orb. It was because I had one in storage. After i ussed it, i went back and the NPC gave me the orb i bought the day or two before.
YOu might try talking to the NPC again, he may give it to you if he took the seals.

I have known you for awhile now, don't quit because of that. I can help you farm seals again. If there are other reasons for you wanting to leave than so beit, but not for that, they are replaceable.
