This change, in my opinion, is to specifically eliminate plausible deniability for buyers. To be sure, it hits the sellers pretty bad on time requirements and inconvenience, but no longer will a buyer be able to say, "Hey, some <random idiot> just sent me X-ty million Gil! Lucky!"

Large transactions via arranged meetings directly eliminate any kind of "mistake" excuse. It's blatant and pretty obvious now.

Hopefully, Before long, We will start to recognize the people they use to deliver the gil in Jeuno, And be able to report them every time we see them.

Hmmm.... Face-to-face... if Gilseller go face-to-face with gilbuyers then this would mean that we would know who the gilbuyers are...
And hopefully they are reading this so that they wont go face to face to not get a bad reputation <.< >.>

You don't have to be face-to-face to trade with someone, just be in the general vicinity, say in front of the AH. It all seems rather murky to me.

Just my opinion, but read on if you like.

When i first read about this 1mil gil sending cap, i admit, i thought it was a great idea.....for about 3 seconds.....
This is a move that hurts pretty much everyone, I think it would be jsut as intelligent to remove AH and make every item in game rare/ex.
I honestly am not an RMT expert, i dont know exactly what their current strategy to deliver gil is, nor do i care. I only see this affecting RMT in small ways. They seem to have a pretty good thing goin, and this isnt gonna stop them, not in the least bit. I only see this leading to a few things:
1. More high dollar items sold directly for $$
2. More in games meetings of seller and buyer in person (maybe)
3. Gilsellers creating more mules so they can still send all the gil at once. Making SE more money, hurting RMT profits not much at all.
4. Making RMT invest a little more time, possibly slightly hurting profits more, but im sure they can jsut raise price of gil to compensate....

In closing, this is more like the government limiting you to one tank of gasoline a week in your car cause some ppl are using their car to make drug runs, than actually trying to catch the drug runners. Not a great example, but you get my point, they hurting everyone in an attempt to slow RMT. And we all know the drug runners would jsut steal gas, trade cars, something, they would find a way around it....

Thank you and good day
