Hey everyone,
I always noticed that Sleek did the Weekend accomplishments which has always been fun to add to and read what people were able to accomplish. I thought I would start a weekend To-Do list. I have noticed a lot of threads being created by people needing assistance with things. We could post on here what we are shooting for the weekend coming up that way people can look to see if there is something they would like to help if at all possible. Not sure how well this will work but it was just a thought. Anyway I guess I will start of the first ToDo :P

*Edit* Ok I will try to update this thread so it is easy for people to see what they would like done on what days. I think I will leave out leveling up because then everyone would probably want to post that and that would get out of hand I think. To help this out and make it easy to update, try to split it up under what day you want to do something, what you want to do. If the idea is already listed below I will just add your name to the brackets so everyone knows who wants to do what or who can help:
Friday:

Although i'm not so sure about posting everyone's TO-DO for the week-end, your idea made me think of something.
We all have plans of lvling/farming/whatever, but making some sort of a schedule for bigger things like hard quest or missions, genkai, advanced jobs etc etc etc so that others that need it as well can tag along.
I know we can resort to shouting in Jeuno, but we all know that takes time and most of us are simply annoyed by all the spam in Lower Jeuno. By announcing in advance, we could get more ppl to come without having to shout for hours.
We could make a thread each week about it, people would post what they play on doing, the OP would then edit his post to add all the other people's plans so that it doesn't take 12 pages to read all the events. I wouldn't mind doing it and keeping track of it.
What do you think? Would it be a good idea?

This is a good thought shadow... and ill tell you why. We all have plans on what we want to do for the weekend. And Id say a good 90% of us dont get them done. Why? Lack of motivation! If you have in writing what you want to get done for the weekend.. you might actually try to make a schedule to get those things done so you can brag in mondays post "I got done everything I wanted to this weekend!!" Then Andi can pass out some cookies for everyone who did.
Edit: I see etho had the same idea kinda... should really posts before replying :P

I once again find myself needing keys for AF in Eldieme Necropolis and Davoi. If anyone is planning a run to those areas this weekend, I'd love to tag along and perhaps bring a few friends to assist. ^^

I got a pretty packed weekend but any time I have some downtime we can duo the davoi mobs pretty easily. Ill send ya a /t if I have free time.

One suggestion. From what it sounds like this is a "I need help doing _____ over the weekend" thread.. I kind of misunderstood it and thought of it as "I am doing this over the weekend" For Dynamis-Bastok and Kirin it is a LS thing so really no help is needed. O hat run always needs helpers, but theres already a few threads about it on the forums. In the future we should name it "Weekend need help" or something along those lines. I still think its a good idea because I like helping out low lvl players slaughter things so I'd have some fun stuff to beat up over the weekend.

Sorry for the confusion, next time I will try to make the title more understandable. You are probably right, I should take the O-hat one out. I might just put some O-Hat run links in that place instead. I also see what you were saying about what you thought it was going to be. That is a good idea as well. I just wanted to help people realize there might be others doing what they planned on doing so if they needed help or if people wanted to help, they knew what was going on in our server over the weekend.
This is just a test run for this though, it might be to hard to keep this updated like this. It might turn into that, people come into this thread and state what they plan on doing for the weekend then come Monday, go into your Accomplishments thread and brag how they got what the set out to do completed. That might actually work better, as you said, cause it would be more of like a motivational tool.

hey andi...i would love it if i could tag along for an eldieme key..i need it for my Af gloves.../tell rorian in game
Friday Night - Was planning to farm all night (got about 50k in a couple hours earlier) but now Etho's managed to get me to keep his Ninja Galka *** alive as WHM...
Saturday - Work til night, then more farming, maybe levelling some BLM.
Sunday - School Work for most of the day, then farming, then maybe some more BLM and WHM.
I want my TM Hooks +2 for MNK dammit...
