MNK AF2 (feet) help! :: World of Warcraft

yeah so like i wanna get my af2 done and was wondering if anybody was able to help me. have to go to davoi and kill 2 NM orcs a MNK and a PLD, both use thier 2hrs. i heard the cheap way of just training them to zone was taken out so i guess we have to actually kill them now. any help appreciated.
