I can't remember exactly, but I think you have to trade the Quadav Augury Shell to one of the goblins in Bluffnix's store in Lower Jeuno to get the Yagudo Torch. It might be something else though, hmm...

Remember to get your Davoi Charm by trading the Coeurl Meat to the kid in Upper Jeuno, otherwise you won't be able to get the magicite there and probably die (I made this mistake, heh).
