It's simple really.

First we hack SE's database and find out where all these naughty people live.
Then we round them all up and in some way (perhaps borrowing some ideas from early 1940's Germany) dispose of them.

It's perfect! Somebody go tell a GM, I'm sure they'll agree!

In fact, if the GM's help us they could become the 'Society Savers', or SS for short.
