No, this isn't about Bokeli or Hisisy? 9_9

It's about location. Basically, getting a Teleport from Jeuno is a piece of cake. It's as simple as /telling someone, paying, and away you go. Hoorah. But this is Jeuno, only 1 of the main cities in Vanadiel.

I spent nearly an hour in South San d'Oria the other day, desperately seeking a Teleport. Did I get one? No. I gave up from complete futility, there just aren't any people doing teleports there.

You complain about people telespamming? Move to Sandy, I beg you! There are plenty of people who are willing to hand out cash to get someplace and practically noone moving in to make a packet! The same goes for Windurst, it takes forever to find a Teleport there. Bastok is starting to get some business now, but the other two cities are practically teleport-less.

I'm a frequent teleporter, I must spend thousands on it a week, and I ALWAYS go for people I know of, and have found good service from in the past. If you can make a name for yourself in San d'Oria, you'll have my business at least. o_O

It's a two-edged sword. When I can't find a timely teleport in Sandy, I grumble about the lack of teleporters. But now that Bastok Market is seeing 2, sometimes 3, different teleporters shouting their services, I'm getting annoyed at the background noise.

Let me add my plea to Teleporters: please don't start a casino business while you're advertising Teleport services! Teleport shouts already take up 3 lines in the chat box. Casino spam takes up another 3 to 5 lines, depending on how complicated the pay-out system or how "creative" the casino wants to get with their advertisements. I've come to the point where I just /blist anyone who's shouting to advertise their casino.

wouldn't it be easier to just block the shouts while you're in town?

Except that there are other things communicated across the /shout channel that I don't want to be completely oblivious to. Things like, "Looking for members to help kill Bastok Dragon" (I enjoy helping people), or "{Expeditionary Force} forming to take back Valkurm Dunes", yada yada.
