Any other goldsmithers may have noticed that the price/profit in silver ingots in the past three days has tanked thanks to this idiot.

On Monday a stack of Silver Ingots sold in the Bastok AH for 28K (the average price)

By Thursday its down to 24K and still dropping, he has sold upwards of 20 stacks during these few days and he keeps undercutting himself for some reason.

Does anyone know him and would someone please explain to him that the people who buy these really don't care about the few K you are saving them and that your stacks will sell overnight if you post it at the current price.

S/he is annon and normally on in Bastok Mines

Well i'm not a goldsmith, but if you think about it he's probably not undercutting hisprofit, but increasing it by lowering his so his are the only ignots bought. Not much you can do but hope his crafting level exceeds yours soon and he moves on to other profits.

I noticed it too. Apparently they keep filling up the AH with their own ingots.... As soon as 1 sells theres another stack ready to be sold.

The only way to beat him/her is to buy it all either at 28k or at 20k and put it right back at the AH and set an example. ^^
