I spent the night bothering rank 10 Windhurstians in Jeuno, which I shouldn't have done. I really want one of these things. If anyone can help me I am willing to pay. Thanks all :)

Im not Emith..I know buuuuut they cast signet on you and look cool. The signet staff has a certain number of charges before it runs out.

It would be pretty gay if you couldn't recharge it IMO.
With the amount of effort it takes to get rank 10, having a staff with only a certain amount of signet charges untill it dies is a load of **** if you ask me.

Just a request to be more aware of the language you use. Its offensive to gay people when you use that word as a derogatory synonym.
Lol someone supposedly had their's bazaared for 200k in windy. I would've bought it if I wasn't 40k short. That stuff looks damn cool.

Lol, those arent worth 200k. yes they require rank 10 but they are NOT in the rank 10 section. they will show up in the common items section but only if you are rank 10 for 5k CP.
