Worst...not because he is a bad player, just a huge ass hole to pretty much everyone, than pretends to try and be your friend, but Sujo. I imagine someone else dislikes him too.

Well, I hesitate to call out bad players, because if we all do this I'm sure one of them will show up and then this thread will become a huge raging name-calling melee. But, I guess I will anyway.
So let me start by mentioning some of the good players I've met. Some are just good, solid players, some are nice people, and some are both. I've found that if someone is nice, I don't really mind that much if they're not some uber-player technically, as I have more fun anyways.
Some good players to watch for: Littlejohn, Enghorr, Yokel, Hathfuri, Omni, Sugosuke, Malik, Baetan, Relentlesscoral, Aiame, Elderlore all come to mind right away, as do all the members of my linkshell, of course -- Almont, Akuryu, Hermitjoe, Vaughnn, Maddadon, Toshiko, Gaius and the rest.
Now, as far as the worst players. Well. I've run into a few. I will echo what Elderlore said, I'm not a big fan of Sujo. He is a good player, technically, but he rubbed me the wrong way -- we partied once, when I was level 17, for less than a half hour, and that was enough for me to avoid him for all this time since.
My worst experience, though, has been with an elvaan WHM by the name of Chow. Maybe he's a good guy, maybe it was just an unfortunate turn of events, but I've never had a good experience with him involved. Except, I guess, that in Garliage he left a party in a huff and when we replaced him I was able to get from 32-35 in one night (^^ with Hathfuri and Elderlore).

Paladin:
Necrosis: Best at pure hate holding and willingness to die to save a party.
Dalek: Great overall tanker who is very bard friendly for positioning of ballad.
Zakath: Holds hate well and does just about all aspects of tanking well.
White Mage:
Krellis: Good healing rhythm and status removal.
Omni: Superb mage and just good player.
Rubyxiii: awesome 75 whm.
Kotee: good whm and great guy.
Black Mage:
Ramuza: Awesome nuker who never misses a magic burst and knows when to heal and not to.
Omni: great player and good at all mage jobs.

Arrowyn - Always helpful, I knew her from when she was a little WAR (ahh, back in the day...) Sadly, she passed me, and I'll probably never catch up to her now.
Warentang - One of the best PLD's I know, I partied with him a few months (maybe more) back. He too passed me (hey, I level slow!)
So many other people... Beltine, Isox, Terre, Hugin, Krouzer... Nukem and Booey. All of my ls.

Ryanracers - Worst RDM I know. Usually I don't mind being in a two RDM party; unless he's the second RDM. I've had two bad experiences with him (the first one ending up in multiple deaths for me, the second ending, last night, in a disband and warp back to town after two fights and 235 exp tnl.)
Kadhafi - Yep, I've had run in's with him. We unknowingly invited him to a garrison alliance. He was kicked after two fights.

BAD PLAYERS : cant pinpoint it, but anyone who just cant understand the phrase, "Ok, no one touch the ???".... Anyone who drags his freakin Wyvern infront of me when i camp an NM...High levels who can camp more profitable NMs, but decide to camp Hoo Mjuu while im there(Go camp Mee Deggi or Stroper CHyme)... and basically, emote spammers... thank you

A quick follow up to what Aarthar said above. I don't know if you've got your paper for limit break 1, Aarthar; some of us did it last night and I saw you in town and almost asked. Boy, I wish I had, because it turned out that this RDm named "Ryanracers" was in our party.
Now, I had read your post, so the first thing I said to my LS (some of who were with me) was "This guy was listed as one of the worst players, this should be interesting."
I will present this story and let you, the readers, judge for yourselves:
We were discussing where in Eldeime to go, and Ryanracers stated that he knew just the place. So we followed him to an entrence way down in the south of Battalia. He led us very deep inside the necropolis to a gate. Unfortunately, there was another party there already. So, we moved to a different gate.
Now, there was no place to camp, so we had to clear a place by killing DC hell hounds. There were two in the way, so we killed one, then the other, and then, before we could rest, someone pulled a Lich. (I should mention we had 7 people). So, we're fighting the Lich, and we get it down to about 25% HP, and by now I'm about out of MP, the mages are about out (as we had all had sneak on us to get there even before we fought the 2 hell hounds).
Just then, Ryanracers disengages, turns around and runs into the room with the gate. This causes my brow to furrow, especially because, from my angle, I can then see magic stuff fly at him from offscreen. So, while we're still trying to kill this Lich with no mp we see this:
"Hellllllp". And here comes Ryanracers running directly into the center of the camp training another Lich and a Fallen Knight, which is VT. Mind you, we still haven't finished off the first Lich. So we've got 3 of them, with no MP for anybody, except, I should mention, Ryanracers himself, who the entire time we were partied cast 1 refresh once on 1 BLM leaving me (PLD) the WHM and the DRK without. And himself, for all I could tell.
Ryanracers then stands directly in the center of camp saying "Runnnn!" without, of course, actually running. So we kill the first Lich and then we've all been AoE by the Knight, I voke one, the War vokes the other, everyone uses their 2 hours and, to make a long story short, 2 Ancient Magics later, we're all dead.
As soon as we die, before we even have a chance to say "So, what the hell happened there, dude?" We get this from Ryanracers:
"I have to log."
Which he immediately did.
Did he kill us all on purpose? He didn't even need the paper for himself, he was just along "to help". Or was this just amazingly bad playing? I don't know. Again, you judge for yourself where he belongs on this list. I do know, now, that /blist doesn't work when someone has logged off.

Did he kill us all on purpose? He didn't even need the paper for himself, he was just along "to help". Or was this just amazingly bad playing? I don't know. Again, you judge for yourself where he belongs on this list. I do know, now, that /blist doesn't work when someone has logged off.

Wow, that sounds just like him... I'm going with amazingly bad player on this one.
Another note, beware, because he often makes his own parties. That's purely the only way he levels, I'm sure...
Not Refreshing, and I'm sure he didn't dispell the Lich's Ice Spikes, right? (or do they have Ice Spikes?) I mean, I've ran into agro radius of a Hell Hound and Converted before (<--- retard) and whiped the whole alliance (yeah, the paper... =/) but I fessed up and stayed with them. Of course, you're probably better off him leaving anyway.
Oh, I also forgot to mention, I believe his sub was a level 8 SMN when I partied with him before (40 RDM/8 SMN). Atleast he's raised his sub a little... /sigh

Yes, I noticed this after I partied with him the first time. I riled my feathers, but I just left it go... I do know he was seeking with an E the other night (not JE) but I'm sure he still puts that J up there. I wonder what he does when they send him a /tell...
Oh well... I was afk for most of the night last night anyway, so I probably wouldn't have responded. hehe. But if you do see me on (and party-less) send me a /tell tonight and I'll gladly help out. If you all are willing to go through Beacudace (sp?) Glacier. I DO know the perfect spot.
My recomendations: Get a MNK. Monks can beat the living crap out of skellies. Get a TH2 THF. The papers will drop faster. Go through the Glacier. There's a spot there that hardly anyone camps. It's safer, since there's no Hounds that spawn on top of you. LIke I said, I'll gladly help, if I'm partyless and online.
Hey Munkee. Yeah, Watashi was with us, it was her, a THF named Kumixo, myself and my LS members Akuryu, Almont and Vaughnn. Almont and I already had our papers, but we did get papers for everyone else as well, once Ryanracers stopped killing us.

In fact, yes. Vhess and I were in that LB1 party together with Watashi. I'm the WAR who sadly bought the farm in the wake of the 889 point Quake the 2nd lich cast on me shortly after I voked and threw my 2hr, heh.
As Vhess mentioned also, I got a very bad feeling when Ryanracers just disengaged and went back into the room he'd pulled the first lich from...
After that whole incident though, we did go to a different area of Eldieme and successfully got our papers for all those in the party who needed them. Four ancient papyrus, thanks largely, no doubt, to the lv 50 THF Kumixo who was with us.
More in the flavor of this whole thread though, I'd like to list a few of the very good players I've had the pleasure of meeting on Ifrit too: Of course my LS mates Hermitjoe, Akuryu, Vhess, Vaughnn, Toshiko, Sugosuke, Maddadon. Also Bardock, Lixue, Scout, Whtbullitt (sorry if I spelled that wrong, Wht), Littlejon, JohnPaul, and Malik, Relentlesscoral, and Baetan. All great players.

Like to add more to ryanacers guy. Last night i was asked to do a bcnm40 (my first one as a bard), and i see this guy there. I had already had the joy of partying with him before and new he was a complete idiot, but the leader still kept him in. So we get up there and i sleep the black the whites come running at me and the moron never cures me!!! so i die in seconds and party not much after. I just want to know did this guy's mother drop him on his head when he was a babby or what because he is by far the worst rdm i've ever seen.

I'm out in Rolanberry hunting Gobs and stuff.. and RR comes along and asks if I want help to hunt stuff. No problem, two people kill faster than one, right?
Well, playing the Thief, I manage to steal a crossbow bolt from the first goblin we fight.
The next fight we end up going after a Gobbue Farmer.. no problem, right? (except my steal is invalid for 5 minutes now.).. and the Tree Cutting drops.
Racers then says: "Hey, you got the first item, I get this".
I'm guessing he thougth I was an idiot, and wouldn't realizing the value difference between a crossbow bolt and a tree cutting?
So I tell him to lot for it (again, well aware of the price...). Well, he managed to get the lot anyway... THEN he claims that I "have" to share everything I manage to steal... WHAT????
Then it goes along and one of the Quadavs drops a Mace.. he tells me to "Pass" on it again, even though my steal failed the next time I used it. Fortunately, I managed to win the lot on that one... except that for the next 10 minutes or so, he kept telling me to trade it to him... (until we were fortunate enough to get another one to drop...)
Basically, RR seems to think he's smarter than everyone else and sees everyone as a "sucker" just waiting to happen. But that's just my opinion from my experience with him.

ok i got somthin to put on ryanracers, before this post i knew of him from Ls members that have ptd with em. so the other morning i get a blind invite even tho my comment asked for a /tell first and he invites me twice before i get a tell out of em, so i ask where we would be fighting n the pt make up. it sounded ok but i knew racers was the leader so how good can this pt be any way i say thanks but ill pass about 5 mins later a friend who was in the pt sent me a tell "omg this guy is a moron he just killed the whole pt n HPd n disbanded" my Ls has had some bad pts with him as well yea this guy sux stay far away. as for other bad players does anyone know our resident bots do a /sea all of theese names garentueed to be on n in the same place at all times: Skylim, Azsx, Manday and Suyis (altho she has rank 2 now n seems to move from job to job lol) i dont know how they got to level 50 but ive ptd w/ all of em n can safly say they dont know their jobs ; ; watch for thees guys

you all lucky that you don't have a Convair on your server. we got threads on many different sites about him, sadly there are a few people that dont know him yet so he can still level. But all he does in the game is get a few exp in a party then kills everyone on the map by training everything he can. since he's usually a puller you don't know when it's gonna happen. if i even see him on the same map i leave cause i know what he's gonna do. GM's don't help at all on this matter, they are just we will look into it. and if you die in his party without him trying to kill you yet he just laughs at you and calls you names. kinda guy you wanna meet in person and beat the hell out of lmao. well good luck you all :)

We were in a party in (Yuhtunga Jungle), and a goblin aggros. Yoshi ends up trying to keep the party healed, since he's the WHM and all. But then he uses (Benediction) to heal the entire party, and as everybody knows, (Benediction) = WHM down. Everybody was trying to voke like crazy to get it off him, but he died. Then he homepoints, since we were right outside the guy giving homepoint right outside of (Kazham), and he manages to die again. He then disbands the entire party and says "I hope every one of you rots in hell."
Now that's not nice for two reasons. 1. Not everybody had (Provoke), and 2. I was a (Thief) when I was partied with him, and I didn't have (Blizzard) handy.. so it would have been a VERY cold place for me.

I agree.. Phaedrus is a helpful guy. I havent seen him in a while.. hopefully he got help on that Beadeaux Coffer >.<
The most helpful guy on the server, to me at least, has to be Yclw. He helped me with AF1, then with the Papyrus for LB1. I also see him around all the time, constantly helping with AF and so on.

Tuesday I was PTed with 2 excellent players on Ifrit, Spootford the paladin and Claube the JP white mage. Claube is elvvaan and had almost as much MP as I did (taru BLM). Just great gear. Made excellent use of it too, he was Erasing Eva Down effects from the bats, curing anybody that was in any way hurt. He probably cured more than necessary but somehow he always had the MP for it.
And as he's Curing more than he really needs to be and I'm overnuking maybe a little, Spootford is somehow keeping all the hate. I dunno how he did it. Still managed to get enough TP to be an active part of SC at the same time.
Duelblade was in the pt at one point too. You're right, his SA+TA is almost flawless.
Off the subject but that same day I got to see a full alliance of JP linkshell members fighting Roc for about three hours o_o
And as he's Curing more than he really needs to be and I'm overnuking maybe a little, Spootford is somehow keeping all the hate. I dunno how he did it. Still managed to get enough TP to be an active part of SC at the same time.

I disagree. I think people should state who is a bad player and why. If somebody reads that they're a bad player and why, they can either improve on it, or act like a jackass about it.

Everyone wants to talk about the best and the worst. Well whatever happened to giving the mediocre players some props? After all, if it weren't for the status quo, society itself would crumble!

YEA! im not a bad player... i see some of the people mentioned in my LS's. not to mention anyone i have partied with has never said i did a bad job.
except that one theif back in qufim.... i guess my fully leveled armor wasnt as good as her lvl 16 body peice and lvl 1 legs, shoes, and hands.

Rokusho its so damn sweet, same with Pharmaceus.
I used to play with Hathfuri all the time, sudenly he became popstar and never takled to me anymore.
Caduceus is awesome
Havok and Ataea and Raale and ForeverZero are on my perma, maybe you guys have see them... they all great, Im proud to tell you that Havok is the best DRG ive seen, that Rrale has its the sweetest WHM arounds, and im so damn lucky to have Ataea with me (+__+ I hope they dont read this, or im gonna blush for a week)
Kahanna is my friend, I talk to her almost everyday :) and Akaimahomiru is the quiet rdm that its always with her... they both helped me do my PLD AF3, I love them both.
Evilelf/Eviltaru is a friend of mine, we used to lvl a lot from lvl52-56 then he left me behind. He called me "a good pally" :). Now, how the damn hell he got to lvl75 so fast? I have no idea... he went from lvl55 to lvl75 in like 1month

I don't think stating out so called bad players is good. 1 or 2 bad occasional will always occur.

Thats is true. But with multiple stories of how bad they are
is more than enough to convice me to stay away, im not an uber player but i try to be the best i can be and not make mistakes.
I also never leave a PT because i died, nor do i complain or beg for lots, if i lost it, i lost it. no harm no foul.
and you can bet if some a$$ told me i had to share my steals id tell em to go fly a kite or level thf and sub it for their own.

A bad player cause he is a arragant, pompus, moron. I go to warcry.com, and i see this video on this guy Kainen, who is on our server, and it shows him fighting ifrit as a lv 20 summoner. So i watch it a few times....and i try to follow his stragety. So im fighting titan, cause their all the same...to a point....and i cant figure out what im doing wrong.
So i send him a tell, woundering if he will give me any advise. So i ask him, and he b-lists me cause i didnt read the forum.....and im thinking, what forum?
There was no forum. Just a video on a forum page, but all it said was View Kainen fight Solo Avatar Battle against Ifrit, or something. I mean i wouldnt care if he didnt b-list me for asking advice...that was just rude.

Hmm i havent been on this server to name too many good or bad players, and I feel every player can be good if given the chance. There are some though that are just horrible.
My Ls mates are great especially Uraneko---if you need help with Lv. 20 Summoner solo battles ask him, he is super nice and will help you any way possible.
